   We are currently investigating a fault that is causing degradation to some services within EU. The Datacenter is carrying out extensive civil engineering work, The timeframe is between Monday October 5th 2026 - Tuesday October 6th 5AM GMT

   We cannot specify exact disconnection times for the individual fibre strands.

   We apologize for the unavoidable downtime and appreciate your understanding.
